To participate in the Seek Life Creative, LLC Healing Retreat, attendees must complete the registration process and pay the required fees. 1.2 Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis, and availability is limited. Seek Life Creative, LLC reserves the right to refuse registration or participation at its discretion. 2. Payment 2.1 Retreat fees are due upon registration, and payment methods will be provided by Seek Life Creative, LLC. 3. Health and Safety 3.1 Attendees are responsible for their own health and safety during the retreat. Seek Life Creative, LLC is not liable for any illness, injury, or loss that occurs during the retreat. 3.2 Attendees are encouraged to purchase appropriate travel insurance to cover unexpected events, including cancellations, medical emergencies, and travel disruptions. 4. Code of Conduct 4.1 Attendees are expected to behave in a respectful and considerate manner towards fellow participants, staff, and the environment. 4.2 Seek Life Creative, LLC reserves the right to remove any attendee who disrupts the retreat or violates this code of conduct, without refund. 5. Photography and Media 5.1 Attendees grant Seek Life Creative, LLC permission to use photographs, videos, or other media captured during the retreat for promotional purposes. 6. Privacy 6.1 Seek Life Creative, LLC will collect and store personal information provided during registration in accordance with applicable privacy laws. We will not share this information with third parties without consent. 7. Limitation of Liability 7.1 Seek Life Creative, LLC is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from acts of God, natural disasters, theft, or other unforeseen events. Waiver: This Waiver and Release of Liability is entered into by and between [Participant's Full Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Participant," and Seek Life Creative, LLC, hereinafter referred to as the "Company," for participation in the Healing ExperienceRetreat. 1. Assumption of Risk: I, the Participant, understand and acknowledge that the Retreat may involve various activities and experiences, including but not limited to yoga, meditation, nature walks, healing sessions, and other activities. I am aware that these activities may involve inherent risks, including physical and emotional risks. I voluntarily choose to participate in the Retreat with full knowledge and understanding of these risks. 2. Release of Liability: In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Retreat, I, the Participant, hereby release and discharge the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and any third-party service providers from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, whether for personal injury, property damage, or otherwise, arising out of or connected with my participation in the Retreat. This release applies to claims resulting from the Company's negligence, but not for gross negligence or willful misconduct. 3. Medical and Health Acknowledgment: I acknowledge that I am responsible for ensuring my physical and mental fitness to participate in the Retreat's activities. I understand that the Company does not provide medical or psychological services and cannot be held responsible for any medical or health issues that may arise during or as a result of my participation in the Retreat. 4. Confidentiality: I agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of all participants and facilitators during the Retreat. I will not disclose any personal information or experiences shared during the Retreat to third parties without the explicit consent of the individuals involved. Refund Policy: 1. Deposits, Full Payments, and Installments At Seek Life Creative, LLC, we are committed to providing an exceptional experience during our healing retreats. To ensure the success and planning of our retreats, we have a strict no-refund policy for deposits, full payments, and installments. Please read and understand the following terms and conditions: 2. No Refunds Once you have made a deposit, full payment, or installment for your reservation, it is non-refundable. We allocate resources, accommodations, and services based on your commitment, and therefore we are unable to issue refunds in any circumstances. 3. Transfer Policy While we understand that unexpected events can occur, we do offer the option to transfer your reservation to another participant if you are unable to attend the retreat. The transfer must be requested in writing and approved by Seek Life Creative, LLC at least 30 days before the scheduled retreat start date. A transfer fee may apply. Please contact our customer support team for transfer requests. 4. Travel Insurance We strongly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, such as cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, or any other situations that might disrupt your travel plans. It is the responsibility of each participant to secure suitable insurance coverage. 5. Retreat Cancellation by Seek Life Creative, LLC In the unlikely event that Seek Life Creative, LLC must cancel the retreat for reasons beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will provide participants with the option to transfer their reservation to another retreat date or receive a credit for future travel with us. 6. Changes to Itinerary Seek Life Creative, LLC reserves the right to make changes to the retreat itinerary, including accommodations, activities, and schedules, in the event of unforeseen circumstances or operational requirements. In such cases, we will make every effort to provide comparable or upgraded alternatives. By making a payment for the retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our refund policy.
